Although we do practice in a litigation-based system, it is our philosophy that the transition from one family unit in one home to a family or families in separate homes can be achieved through a more positive process that will better meet the needs of your family than is usually accomplished using the traditional litigation model. It is our goal to assist clients in choosing a process that will best meet the needs of his or her personal situation, whether it be litigation or an alternative form of dispute resolution.

Lisa W. Reynolds has been licensed as an attorney and practicing in North Carolina since September 2000. Previously an Associate with the Chapel Hill, North Carolina law firm of Donna Ambler Davis, PC, Ms. Reynolds opened her own firm in Chapel Hill in October 2004. Ms. Reynolds is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization; and as a Family Financial Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. Ms. Reynolds is a founding member of Collaborative Divorce Solutions, a collaborative divorce practice group based in the Chapel Hill area.
